Micropaleontological Reference Center
The AMGRF is a satellite facility for the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program Micropaleontological Reference Center (MRC) with extensive holding in Southern Ocean samples and preparations for fossil diatoms and calcareous nannofossils. A collection of over 30,000 such preparations and smear slides along with extensive literature and a dedicated Zeiss microscope are available within the Facility for the use of all qualified investigators.
